Jag b\u00f6rjade l\u00e4sa och hittade flera publicerade studier gjorda p\u00e5 effekterna av exponering av r\u00f6tt och infrar\u00f6tt ljus. Det jag hittade var imponerande det fanns ett flertal studier som visade p\u00e5 m\u00f6jligheten f\u00f6r cellerna att producera mer energi med hj\u00e4lp av r\u00f6tt ljus. Detta skulle i sin tur leda till ett flertal positiva effekter s\u00e5som finare hy l\u00e4gre inflammation snabbare l\u00e4kande av skador mm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroppens energi valuta heter ATP. Utan ATP s\u00e5 skulle vi inte kunna leva. Ett led i denna energiproduktion \u00e4r citronsyrecykeln eller krebbscykeln&nbsp;&nbsp; och elektrontransportkedjan. Utan att g\u00f6ra det det f\u00f6r komplicerat s\u00e5 bryts maten som du \u00e4ter ner till n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen som sedan passerar ett flertal biokemiska reaktioner som slutligen blir den energi som driver oss.
