Do this upon waking up while you drinking your morning water and you will feel energized and alert during the day. If not &#8230;just accept the fact that things are the way they are, example &#8211; yes you will be late and there&#8217;s nothing you can do about it so why get extra stressed about the fact that your going to be late?!<br \/>\njust accept it and take a deep breath?
